Gate Card Audit

Good morning members,

MBR is conducting a full gate card audit for security purposes and for the financial protection of MBR owners. All members should have received an email which included a letter and a form to fill out. You can fill this out electronically and email it back, or you can print it and drop it in the office drop spot, or mail it to us at:

If you have any questions please direct them only to the card audit email:

In order to keep things organized we request that you please DO NOT SEND QUESTIONS OR INFO TO OUR BOARD OR STAFF about this audit. Please direct all information through the card audit email so no one slips through the cracks and gets missed.

If you did not receive the email please contact the card audit email and let us know.

After this process is completed (in two months) we will begin shutting off all unaccounted for gate cards for security purposes.

Levee Damage (12/11/25)

Attention MBR members: As of 12/11/25, portions of the levee have been damaged due to the recent flooding. We strongly recommend everyone stay off the levee area until it can be adequately inspected.

 
 
 
Clubhouse Playground
