Monthly Board Meetings
Regular Board of Director meetings are held on the 3rd Friday of the month at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse. No regular meetings are scheduled in June or December. Dates and times are subject to change by the Board and will be published on the MBR homepage www.mtbakerrim.com.
Minutes are not published or available for review until approved by the Board at the next meeting.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Mt. Baker Rim AGMs are held in June at a date and time determined by the Board. Draft AGM minutes are approved by vote of the membership at the following year's AGM. Draft minutes are not published or available to the general public until approved, but are available to members upon request as soon as available.
