We have received our final Spring Cleanup dumpster of the year. If you still have trash that you need to dump, please try your best to fill this one neatly so that we can use the space most efficiently. Instructions for how to pay are posted on the dumpster and in the clubhouse on the bulletin board. You can pay online at www.mtbakerrim.com. Thursday Water Shutoff and Pool Closure
In the continuing effort to find a water main leak, on Thursday June 4th from 11am to 4pm, the Glacier Water District will be shutting off the water to the Clubhouse and to residents West of the Clubhouse to the wash out on Glacier Rim Dr. A professional leak detector will be working with GWD to accomplish their goal. MBRCC will have to close the pool during this time in compliance with Whatcom County Health Code. We appreciate your understanding.

Night water shut-off on Glacier Rim Dr
The Glacier Water District is still working on tracking down a water main leak. They will be shutting off the water west of the Clubhouse on Glacier Rim Dr to the old wash out from 2am to 5am on the morning of Thursday, May 28th.

Wildfire Awareness Month and Firewise USA

Chief Evans of Glacier Fire and Rescue gave us a great talk about what it looks like to harden your property against wildfire risk. Levee Update 12/18/25
Thanks to the quick work of Board member Cam Byrnes and our staff, we were one of the first to receive emergency help from the County and Corps of Engineers to repair the levee. We expect that repairs will be completed in the next few days. Big thank you to Cam and staff for a great job protecting the Rim clubhouse and homes.

Clubhouse Playground
The play area was found to be in a state of disrepair and after some investigation it was determined it was a residential grade play area. Our current insurer advised a commercial grade play area was required to be insured. Investigation of a replacement is ongoing, and we will update members when a plan is in place.

Ziply Update (#2) & Glacier Water District
MBR has been informed that installation times and dates being issued by Ziply are not based on the progress of the road work being done thus far.
