Come Join Us in our Mountain Paradise!
Welcome!
Mt. Baker Rim Community Club occupies a gorgeous valley
on the flank of Mt. Baker, approximately 35 miles from Bellingham, WA and 20 miles from Mt. Baker Ski Area.
Glacier Creek runs along a wide-open Mt. Baker Rim's green area, where residents can view both Mt. Baker and Church Mountain as they enjoy a picnic or hike along the creek.

WARNING FOR BUYERS OF VACANT LAND
CONSIDERING BUYING LAND AND BUILDING IN THE RIM?
If you are considering building in the Rim, please pay close attention to the Minimum Property Standards, Rules, Bylaws and Covenants, in addition to County Code. A majority of the buildable lots in the Rim are currently occupied. If you are considering building on vacant land, you should make certain it is buildable before you buy. Many lots do not perc and include wetlands. In addition, some lots are small and will not accommodate large construction. Do not purchase lots solely based on representations. Many of the lots left for sale are sold with unapproved and unrealistic house plans.
DO YOUR RESEARCH.
Additionally, rentals are not allowed under any circumstances until after one year of residence. For new builds, the one-year clock starts on the date the project is noted as complete by the MBR Property Standards Director and/or Board of Directors. Renting before 1 year will result in substantial fines. Click here to access all governing documents, rules and regulations.
