Monthly Board Meetings

Regular Board of Director meetings are held on the 3rd Friday of the month at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse. No regular meetings are scheduled in June or December. Dates and times are subject to change by the Board.

Board meetings are held virtually via Zoom. If you are a member and wish to join a board meeting, please contact the MBR office via email prior to the day of the board meeting at office@mtbakerrim.com to request the meeting link.

Minutes are not published or available for review until approved by the board at the next meeting. Note: following Washington State RCWs, board minutes can only be approved outside of board meetings if (a) every board member votes and (b) all the votes are affirmative. This rule can cause delays.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Mt. Baker Rim AGMs are held in June at a date and time determined by the Board. Draft minutes are not approved by the membership until the subsequent year's AGM. Draft minutes are, however, available to members on the Annual General Meetings page.
