Regular Board of Director meetings are held on the 3rd Friday of the month at 7 p.m. online through Zoom. Regular meetings in June and December often are cancelled due to the AGM (in June) and the New Year's holiday (December).  Dates and times are subject to change by the Board.

Board meetings are held virtually via Zoom.   If you are a member and wish to join a board meeting, please contact the MBR office via email prior to the day of the board meeting at office@mtbakerrim.com to request the meeting link.

 

​Minutes are not published or available for review until they are approved by the board at the subsequent board meeting. 

 

Note: following changes made to Washington State RCW's (RCW 64.90, a/k/a WUCOIA or Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act), board minutes can only be approved at a board meeting.  This means while we have grown accustomed since the 2025 AGM to having the board minutes approved and published a week after the board meeting, this is no longer possible.  Decisions, including approval of board minutes, now have to be made during board meetings.
