There's only 30 days (or less depending on when you read this) until the MBRCC 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and you've come to the right place to learn everything members need to know to come prepared to the meeting. Please don't hesitate to contact the MBRCC office by phone, email, or using the Contact Us form on this website if questions, concerns, or comments.

Members should have received the meeting announcement in the mail by now, which includes the date, time, and location of the meeting as well as the information needed to make informed decisions on the items up for vote. For members who are not able to make it to the meeting in person, but still wish to exercise their right to vote, the mailing also included the official proxy form needed to designate another person to attend and cast your vote for you. Proxies do not have to be MBRCC members, but selecting a member is generally a good choice if you are able to do so.

You'll also find in the mailed announcement the password to open the Official AGM Packet available for download here (which you can also find on the Documents page in the For Owners section). Let us know if you'd like us to email you a version without password protection or swing by the office to pick up a printed copy during our normal business hours Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. If you send the request using the Contact Us form, be sure and use your valid email address so we can respond in case we don't have it in our records.

The AGM Packet includes the information in the mailed announcement as well as the draft 2017 AGM Meeting Minutes for approval by members, the year-end 2017 Financial Statements with independent accountant review report, and the 2018-2019 Operating Budget and Five-year Capital Reserve Plan for membership ratification.

Additional information will be provide as needed to answer frequently asked questions from members or more information about the proposed, non-constitutional revisions to the bylaws.
