Since a few members have been asking, we are providing one more quick update to the frequently asked questions about opening the pool. The pool is currently heated, we do have some extra chemicals on hand, and we were able to track down the needed port o potty toilets, however we are still waiting on the delivery of these toilets before we can open.
One important thing to note is that while we do have chemicals on hand currently, supply is limited so once the pool opens, if you’d like to keep it open, then please be diligent in following the posted rules around the pool to help keep the water extra clean.
This will include showering before entering to wash the oils and soaps off yourself and your bathing suit, rinsing your feet after using the port o potties or walking out into the grassy area, and keeping all food and drink out of the pool area. If extra chemicals are needed to compensate for un cleanliness they won’t last as long as they should.
Once we have the port o potties on hand and are completely ready to open, we will post another update here letting you know the opening date.
