Opening Facilities?

The Mt Baker Rim Community is adhering to Whatcom County rules governing COVID phased openings. At this time that means that our clubhouse, pool and office are closed.

We do not have the resources required to enforce occupancy limits, mask wearing and social distancing requirements under the current phase.

We will not reopen the pool and/or clubhouse until the county is in Phase 4. Since there is not yet a known date for that milestone, we can’t commit to a date this summer.  However, we are evaluating what training and prep needs to happen so that, in the event of Phase 4 starting before Labor Day, we have the option to open the pool while there are still enough warm days left to make it worthwhile.
