Active Road Paving Project 27th-29th

Dear Members,

WRS has begun paving sections of the Mount Baker Rim Community Club roads as highlighted in the map found below. This work began Wednesday May 27th and will continue through 5pm on Friday May 29th. We recognize this project may cause some temporary inconvenience, but these repairs are necessary to maintain the safety and quality of our roads.

What to Expect:

• Paving will take place on the highlighted sections of the community roads.

• During active paving, access to and from certain properties may be temporarily restricted.

• You may access MBRCC through our fire gate on Glacier Creek Rd during this project. 

  
  

Parking Option for Affected Members:

To ensure you still have vehicle access during the paving project, members living along the impacted roads may temporarily leave a car in the Clubhouse parking lot. This option is available only for the duration of the paving project.

Important Reminder:

If you rent your property, please notify your renters of this paving schedule and the temporary parking option so they are aware and can plan accordingly.
