REGISTERING CLEANERS AND VENDORS

Since not everyone reads the meeting minutes to stay up to date on things, I'm posting this reminder here that Mt. Baker Rim requires all cleaners and vendors to be registered through our portal.

If you are an owner and you rent your home, you will need to log onto your personal portal account and add the name and license plate number of all cleaners or vendors that visit your MBR home.

If you long term rent your home you will need to put the plate numbers and names of your long term renters.

These do not need to be registered in the area where you registered a nightly guest, the info would be entered just under your name in the portal where it says "license plates".

Also, if you have vendors or repairmen coming to your home they will also need to be registered UNLESS they are already a registered vendor with MBR who holds their own business gate cards.
