Culvert Inspection and Clearing Work in Mt. Baker Rim

We wanted to let you know that Mt. Baker Rim Community Club has contracted with Bayside to inspect and clear culverts throughout the community.
Following the significant rain events over the past year, we have observed increased debris accumulation in and around culverts. Clearing this debris is necessary to ensure proper stormwater drainage, reduce the risk of blockages, and help protect roadways and nearby properties from water-related damage.
Members may see and hear Bayside crews working with MBRCC staff in various locations around Mt. Baker Rim over the coming days and weeks. This work may include debris removal, inspection of drainage flow, and clearing around culvert inlets and outlets. Some equipment used during this process can be loud at times.
