Burn Ban Begins June 15th

Whatcom County has enacted a stage one burn ban beginning Monday June 15th. Please remember that MBR does not allow any fires once any level of burn ban is in place, this includes charcoal grills.

You may still use propane fire pits as long as they are in a designated protective and contained unit and you may still use propane grills.

This ban is set to stay in place until at least September 15th and may be extended depending on weather conditions and fire risk levels.
