DUE TO A POWER OUTAGE IN GLACIER, THE SEPTEMBER BOARD MEETING NEEDS TO BE RESCHEDULED.


The next meeting of the MBR board of directors will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday September 17 over the Zoom platform. Owners who wish to attend may contact the office for a secure link.

Levee Update 12/18/25

Thanks to the quick work of Board member Cam Byrnes and our staff, we were one of the first to receive emergency help from the County and Corps of Engineers to repair the levee. We expect that repairs

 
 
 
Levee Damage (12/11/25)

Attention MBR members: As of 12/11/25, portions of the levee have been damaged due to the recent flooding. We strongly recommend everyone stay off the levee area until it can be adequately inspected.

 
 
 
Clubhouse Playground

The play area was found to be in a state of disrepair and after some investigation it was determined it was a residential grade play area. Our current insurer advised a commercial grade play area was
