The Board is aware that many remaining vacant lots in the Rim may be unbuildable. If you are tired of paying dues and taxes for a lot that is unbuildable, consider donating it to the Rim. The transfer of the lot to the Rim will release you from taxes, annual dues and assessments and The Rim will agree not to sell the lot by adding it to MBRCC community property to increase our green space.
