The play area was found to be in a state of disrepair and after some investigation it was determined it was a residential grade play area. Our current insurer advised a commercial grade play area was required to be insured.

Investigation of a replacement is ongoing, and we will update members when a plan is in place.

Levee Update 12/18/25

Thanks to the quick work of Board member Cam Byrnes and our staff, we were one of the first to receive emergency help from the County and Corps of Engineers to repair the levee. We expect that repairs

Levee Damage (12/11/25)

Attention MBR members: As of 12/11/25, portions of the levee have been damaged due to the recent flooding. We strongly recommend everyone stay off the levee area until it can be adequately inspected.

Road Paving & Pool Update

04-September-2025 We want to let you know that WRS has completed all road paving work, so we are done with the temporary road closures. The MBR Pool remains open and will remain open weather permitt
