Mt. Baker Rim Community Club is currently seeking a full time Community Manager.

We welcome those who are handy and capable and will also provide training as required.

The right candidate will be polite with an even temperament, efficient with their time and tasks, work well with others, and be good at communication. It is also imperative that you can handle yourself professionally in emails, and phone calls, and that you can work with basic spreadsheets and other electronic documents that are used frequently for planning.

Some of the physical duties include:

Various aspects of maintaining our grounds and facilities, such as lawn mowing, clubhouse cleaning, snow plowing in winter, and maintaining our outdoor pool in summer while working alongside our other employees.

Some of the clerical duties include:

Working with our board of directors to prioritize and problem solve, submitting monthly status reports, and project planning, & answering emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

Pay is $50,000.00 salary a year to start with paid vacation and sick time accruing.
