Clean-Up Dumpster August 2nd- 31st

The annual clean-up dumpster has been scheduled for August 2nd to the 31st.

It’s that time of year again! Take advantage of our service to MBR members and dispose of your "spring" clean-up items for a small fee in the special dumpster provided in the clubhouse parking lot. Cost to dump is 30 cents per pound. This is for items like furniture, carpets, yard waste, household items, etc. We cannot accept appliances like refrigerators, washer/dryers, TVs, computers, hot water tanks, etc. due to disposal company rules. We cannot accept wet paint, motor oil, lithium ion batteries, propane tanks, or other hazardous materials. Please help follow and enforce these rules so that we can keep offering this service.

Members and residents ONLY. The dumpster area is under video surveillance, and failure to abide by the guidelines or to pay your fair share may result in a fine.

To pay your 30 cents per pound, please use your best estimate and pay via honor system with:

· * Cash/check placed in secure drop slot at MBR office OR

· * Credit/debit card using “Pay Now” button at www.mtbakerrim.com/pay-online (no PayPal account required)
