Clubhouse Restoration

Our estimated date for beginning the clubhouse restoration has been bumped up to April 27th. The foundation specialists will be here to lift the foundation as the first phase of repairs. This will take approximately 6 weeks and should be completely sometime mid to late June if all goes well. Please remember these are only estimates, and this could take longer. Once the foundation repair is completed we will be able to assess the full scope of plumbing repairs needed and will begins with arrangements for the second phase of work. We will keep you all posted as we know more.
